冷捣糊
     冷捣糊，也叫粗细缝糊，是以高温煅烧无烟煤，石墨粉，冶金焦为主要原料，以添加煤沥青，煤焦油为粘结剂制成的低温粗细缝糊，用作炉底炭捣打层，填充炭块与炭块之间的缝隙炭素糊料产品。
Cold ramming paste, also known as thick and thin seam paste, is made of calcining anthracite, graphite powder and metallurgical coke at high temperature as the main raw materials, with the addition of coal pitch and coal tar as the binder, used as the bottom of the furnace coal ramming layer, filling the gap between the carbon block products.
1、性质用途：用于硅铁炉、黄磷炉、硅锰炉、金属硅炉，电石炉，硅钙炉等各种矿热炉填充剂。
规格指标：（Ash）灰份≤7-13%、(Volatlie)挥发份:11-15%、(Compressive Strength)耐压强度≥15-30(Mpa)、(Volume density)体积密度≥1.38-1.48(G/cm3)(True specific gravity)真密度:1.87-1.93(G/cm3)、(Resistivity)电阻率:70-115(μΩ·m)   3、粒度：1-10mm。   4、包装：小袋套吨袋
冷捣糊是一种砌筑用碳素填充原料，广泛应用于铝电解槽、炼铁高炉、冶炼炉、电石炉等工业窑炉。宁夏炭谷冷捣糊可以在17-42 °C的常温范围内施工，施工时没有沥青烟 害，改善了施工人员的作业环境；我司冷捣糊按国际标准设计，抗热震性好、焙烧收缩率小于0.15%、捣实性好、不分层。
